A memory behind the music
Japanese Breakfast reminded me how much I love Azure Ray. The lady behind Japanese Breakfast has a playlist and that playlist just so happens to have a number of songs on this playlist. It was coming across that playlist that made me want to look back at all theses songs I've kept hidden from myself. Why was this one hidden from me? Its because its another of those San Diego suburb songs. One of those songs I'd listen to when i was playing video games at home. Or when I was taking my computer over to a friends house to do a LAN party in a warm sweaty garage. Or when I'd drive from Mira Costa down to San Diego and just wander around myself hoping to find someone I could have a crush on. I never did find that person while living there. But I'd listen to this song and just hope. Its the kind of song that pushes you to get up even after you fall.
