A memory behind the music
In 2008, this song was so hot. I saw the band play at a summer concert (kinda like Fuji Rock) that was held around the Seattle Space Needle. This wasn't the biggest band to play obviously, that's for those pop and rap and hip hop groups. But amongst the more indie groups people just fucking loved Passion Pit. And the audience went absolutely insane when this song got played. High school kids, College kids, and poor grad students like me just dancing like goofy idiots on a sorta hot summer day. I listened to this song a lot during that time period. It was good for long lonely drives. It was good for when I was in my research lab by myself trying to figure out how i'd do something innovative.
