A memory behind the music
The first time i lived in livermore I lived in a converted Garage. It was pure tile in a concrete box. But there were two cold quiet dark rooms all to me and a space that you could call a living room, but really wasn't. This was a converted garage that was being rented out by some girl that was living in what i guess used to be her parents home. She was never home so often when i'd come home from my internship I'd cook dinner in the regular kitchen and watch DVDs on the TV in the regular living room. But sometimes I'd go hang out in the public library to get good internet and just sort of try to work on my PHD. But when i was in that converted garage all i had was a matress on the floor, Nori there with me, and then just a bag of clothes that was sitting around. It was...not nearly as fun as this song. but it was something. It was something I could afford. And it worked well enough for that brief Livermore internship.
